Are you over 50, would like to improve your health, have fun and meet
new people at the same time?
Our Active Over 50’s classes deliver a variety of low impact exercises that are safe, effective, and fun. The program is tailored toward seniors and promotes healthy muscle and joints to minimise the symptoms of arthritis, lower blood pressure and healthier cholesterol levels, better weight control, along with feeling more confident, happy and relaxed.
This program is run in conjunction with Hunter Health, and The Commonwealth Department of Health and Family Services to encourage people Over 50 to become more active.
