Group fitness classes help to improve your cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility, in a fun, social and motivating environment. Fitness at Viking offers a wide range of group fitness classes with different levels and benefits to ensure that there is something for everyone.
Our instructors are professionally trained and are always keen to welcome new faces no matter what your fitness level or age.

Here are some of the aerobic fitness classes we offer at Fitness at Viking:

A.B.T

A combination of exercise formats such as fit ball, step, and fat burner. The focus is on working around the abdominal, butt, and thigh areas, with a toning and fat burning emphasis. This is a popular class to suit all participants and all levels.

BODBALANCE®

Combining Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to strengthen & stretch, improve posture, and help you relax, no need to have done yoga or Pilates before.

BODYCOMBAT®

An addictive high-energy martial arts based fitness class (non contact) that will leave you feeling strong and confident. This is an excellent fat burning class.

BODYPUMP®

Change the shape of your body! A no impact class set to music, designed to give your body a complete toning workout using a light barbell with adjustable weights.

BOXING CIRCUIT

This awesome class combines boxing combinations using focus mitts and bags, and hydraulic circuit equipment to whip you into shape while giving you a fun and unique workout.
No boxing experience necessary.

CYCLE
A fantastic class to improve all aspects of your health and get those pins looking great!

FAT BURNER

A fun, low impact aerobics class designed to burn body fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, with some muscle toning work as well.

PILATES

A 45 minute no impact class to strengthen the abdominals and lower back, and improve posture. Not suitable during pregnancy. Beginner/intermediate class.

ZUMBA

High energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. A "FUN AND EASY TO DO" approach will have you coming back for more allowing you to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
