Herz for Women


Herz is an exclusive part of Fitness at Viking designed for the everyday women. With a variety of resistance, cardio and circuit training classes, it’s a perfect way to get fit in a comfortable, friendly environment.

Here are some of the aerobic fitness classes we offer at Fitness at Viking:

HERZ CARDIOBLAST

A fun low/high impact workout focusing on cardiovascular fitness while utilizing the equipment in Herz. (Intensity 2-4)

HERZ RESISTANCE

Sculpt your body slim with Herz Resistance. Incorporating resistance exercises with the Herz equipment you will change the shape of your body in a fun and friendly environment. (Intensity 2-3)

HERZ SUPERCIRCUIT

A class combining both resistance training and cardiovascular training.
(Intensity 2-4)

HERZ BOXING

Using basic boxing techniques, you will burn lots of excess kilos faster than you thought possible & it’s a great stress reliever. A seriously fun workout (Intensity 3-5)

HERZ MIX
A class combining all four Herz classes to make an interesting and motivational class which gives you a sample of the other classes on offer in Herz. (Intensity 2-4)

The timetable is subject to change. Class numbers will be monitored and if we find classes with low numbers they will be taken off.

Participants WILL NOT be allowed to enter a class once it has begun so please avoid disappointment by arriving on time or a
few minutes early.
