Massage is a successful form of treatment that results in a positive health improvement. It is easy, safe and no level of fitness is required. Results can be immediate and effects are cumulative. Consistent use reinforces the benefits and clients leave feeling relaxed refreshed and ready to return to everyday activities.

Health at Hand intends to give clients a positive experience with massage therapy. Our program is designed to be as firm or light as the client likes.

Therapists are fully trained professional practitioners with public liability and personal indemnity insurance as a standard. Techniques are non invasive to ensure the health and safety of our clients.

Our location in the Viking Centre allows us to work closely with Personal Trainers and gym staff with rehabilitation, strengthening and postural improvement. We also offer a mobile service and seated workplace massage.
